We are looking for people who have actually made hardware move
We are still a small team, which means you will own your area end to end.
We write things down
Guidelines, meetings, and decisions are documented. How we describe ourselves outside matches how we work inside.
We build to find out
Two hardware generations over three years taught us that a physical build settles arguments faster than debate does.
We label what is unverified
We do not present assumptions we have not yet tested as established facts.
Who we're looking for
Robotics control / locomotion
Control of the walk-roll transition in a hexapod structure and RL-based locomotion policies. Experience with ROS 2 or a custom control stack.

How to apply
- 1
Email g.norumi@gmail.com with the subject in the form [Application] Position.
- 2
Describe one thing you built. An explanation of something real matters more than a résumé.
- 3
After a conversation, we do a short task or a working session together.
